Siemens to create more than 200 new jobs in Mohelnice
Siemens plans to boost the production capacity of the Mohelnice-based Siemens Elektromotory plant in the coming two years and create more than 200 new jobs. The Mohelnice-based facility is about to concentrate most of its European production capacities and affirm its position of the largest plant producing standard electric motors in Europe.
“The increased production capacity in Mohelnice is a proof of the high professionalism of the plant employees, as well as of production efficiency and quality. This fact will have a positive impact on its further development and will expand the offer of job opportunities in the region,” said Eduard Palíšek, CEO of Siemens Czech Republic, adding: “The production will also undergo further modernisation.
