Eduard Palisek takes over as Country CEO and CEO of Siemens, s.r.o.

Effective from 1st January 2010, Eduard Palisek, former manager of Brno-based Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery, is the new Country CEO and CEO of Siemens, s.r.o.

Eduard Palisek (46, Ing., Ph.D., MBA) graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and later from the Faculty of Business and Management of the Brno University of Technology and Nottingham Trent University. He is coming to the management of Siemens from Brno-based Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery, where he worked as a manager from 1996. Apart from his position in the Brno plant, he was also responsible for worldwide strategic planning, acquisitions and development of commercial activities in the field of steam turbines within Siemens AG.
