The Procurement & Logistics Center provides operative procurement services that include orders of indirect material, investments, services and support for operative procurement centers.

OPERATIVE PROCUREMENT PRODUCT INCLUDES:

  • reception and control of procurement requirements;
  • order processing based on specific customer's requirements;
  • formal completion of orders based on valid bank mandates;
  • sending orders to suppliers
  • confirmation of orders and control of supplies;
  • invoice control, in the case that the customer requires it ,and that it is negotiated in advance in the appropriate SLA;
  • support for settlement of the claims and problems during supply and invoice accounting;
  • invoicing and payment release based on valid methods;
  • archiving of documents concerning the order process;
  • regular reporting of controlled and measured indicators of OP (productivity, time of making the orders, quality of orders, customer's satisfaction with services provided by OP).
