Logistics Control
Logistics Control continuously collects, processes and evaluates data necessary for logistics management and controls the observance of unit organization for corporate logistics, which is essential to improve a company's logistics processes. It ensures the logistics processes in the company are designed to meet the customer's satisfaction and economic results.
The Procurement & Logistics Center provides the logistics control services for Siemens s.r.o. and for all companies of Siemens Group.
SERVICES OF LOGISTICS CONTROL INCLUDE
- implementation and maintenance of methodology concerned within Corporate Logistics Policy;
- backup, analysis, processing and evaluation of logistics data of logistics services suppliers (logistics indicators assessments according to Corporate Logistics Policy);
- control on observance of logistics rules in e.p@ss (rules of supplier setting, common suppliers data, logistics materials and services etc.);
- regular record keeping and reports on packaging consumption by Siemens s.r.o. according to law 447/2001 Sb. about packaging, included the introduction of internal department methodology for submitting background materials by particular divisions;
- regular record keeping and statistical report processing about production and treatment of waste by Siemens s.r.o.;
- processing and transmission of statistical reports by INTRASTAT on behalf of Siemens s.r.o. and Mobile Prohe services s.r.o. At the customs offices in Zdiby, coordination operations with divisions, preparation control of background materials, maintenance of software and data processing.
