The Procurement & Logistics Center offers a new product "Commodity Management", which is intended for use in selection procedures and commodity management.
Commodity Management is used to address all the suppliers of required goods, ensure their participation in the selection procedure and organize the selection as well.
Commodity Management includes all the process stages of the selection procedure - selection and specification of commodities parameter, addressing the suppliers, supplier comparison, their supplies and trading conditions, according to various criteria, use of electronic auction systems, the selection of the most suitable candidate, provision of the commodity order, planning and managing contract negotiations, conclusions of treaties and their management.
The Commodity Management product is aimed at optimization of the procurement strategy, which helps to improve company performance and of course, increase profits.
